		<description>Tho snow leopard should do the trick, I&#039;m using wClock , which gives day [yup], date, time, all clustered and a drop down calendar.  Shareware, Snow Leopard will put out of business.</description>

It has a drop-down calendar which include week numbers, lists tasks/appointments and can search for them, and the time format can be customized to your liking (including seconds, for instance). You can also select which calendars it should display events from.
