For instance Access and Excel are two of the most powerful programs I know for there kind of work. PowerPoint is one of the best eLearning tools available if used properly. And there is so much in Word too. I cannot confirm the truth but a survey had found that most people usually desired specific features in the application and to there surprise it was already tehre. If we're going to use Word I think we could all at least learn to use some of the features built in that we are "paying" for with our resources. Nice tip.
