I use a very similar but a more elaborate application. Its called Allwaysync. Instead of the overuse of symbols, there are written explanations for the actions. It works very well for repeated syncs between a PC and an external hard drive.

Although PureSync has more a lot of features, but FreeFileSync is compact and simple… I like it ^^

Form sync i use microsoft live sync, it monitor and syncronize automatically my folders on 4 different pc , for my neeeds it is perfect.
