Screenr is available for 5 minutes record, but it is only workable for Windows and Mac. Screencast-o-Matic is able to record max 15 minutes, but it is also only workable for windows and Mac. ScreenToaster is also a great screencasting website, you can record longer ( I have no idea if there is a limit), but you have to sign up first.
