I get the notification tone & an icon in the systray but no pop ups. Only see the pop up if I click on the icon. Too bad, I was hoping to replace Growl with this. All I get is "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." I've even tried older versions....
