GIF Maker is a free to use online web application that lets you create GIF images with ease. You can upload up to twenty images with the maximum allowed resolution of each image being 1024×1024 pixels. After the images are uploaded you can drag them into order. You can set the GIF animation size as well as its speed. The “Create Now” button will then generate your GIF animation.

The app also has three bonus tools for GIF manipulation. You can upload a GIF animation to resize it, reverse the order of its images, or download the images it is made of in a ZIP archive.
