GIFs are everywhere on the Web these days. From social networks to serious publications, they’re seen as a quick and easy way to present information in this multimedia reality we have created for ourselves. And they can be a lot of fun.
So, we think it’s high time we had some fun with GIFs. And it’s as easy as discovering Giphy, finding the GIF that best describes you or your life, and posting a link in the comments section at the end of this article. Well, what are you waiting for?!

We want to know, Which GIF Best Describes You or Your Life?
To keep things simple, we’re asking you to choose a GIF from Giphy.com. So, head there now, search the site for keywords related to your life or favorite interests, and find the perfect GIF that feels like it was created just for you. Also tell us why that GIF resonates with you on a personal level.
Now, before anyone accuses of us getting into bed with Giphy in some seedy manner, I can assure you it’s nothing incestual in the slightest. It’s just that Giphy makes it extremely easy to embed GIFs on the site, which means we can show your favorite GIFs off to the world when we publish the follow-up piece next week.
GIFs are becoming so prevalent online that we have even published a couple of articles recently using GIFs instead of images or videos to break up the text and give readers something more visually appealing to look at. We believe the Doctor Who on BitTorrent piece and the Star Trek vs. Star Wars piece both work much better as a result of GIFs.
Bearing this in mind, feel free to tell us what you think of the surge in popularity of these animated images alongside the link to your choice of GIF. But you can only give your opinion when posting a GIF. If there’s no link, we won’t listen. Because GIFs make everything better. Always.
We Need You!
All comments will be read and most will be replied to. Depending on the level of interest, the responses may be turned into a full article. Those readers providing the best comments will be thanked by name, receiving our extreme and everlasting gratitude for their efforts.
