For people who are interested in keeping an eye on the tides around their area, here is an excellent resource. FreeTideTables provides detailed ocean tide chart and tables, broken down by days for various states of the US.
Start by choosing your state and then select a tide station in your state; you also have the option to select a tide sub-station. The table would update to reflect the tide activity for that station in the past 7 days. You can change the time range by choosing any month, going as far back as January 2009.
The table tells you if the tide was above MLLW (Mean Lower Low Water) or below it during the day. The table also marks sunrise and sunsets so you get a better idea of when the tide is more active.
