Those are very useful links, thanks. Also there are other image hosting services which are paying you when someone views your pictures. But those are very good if you do not want to share your pictures to whole internet.

I have searched all over and finally settled on a site that costs me 5 bucks per month. But it meets all my needs so it is worth it since I do post manyh photos. Why this site?
    1. grab at least ten pictures at a clip (2) adult photos allowed(3) show exact size you will get along with the code to use (4) offers small, medium, large, very large–different size thumbs to pick from when you upload. I prefer larger photos at my site so this is much better than most other uploaders.
you can try it lots of times, free. then you either subscribe or can no longer use it

Agree! I have been all over the place looking for what glowfoto does. Needed the 10 at a time, easy to copy and paste; variety of sizes to choose from; simple to use. Nothing rivals this for my needs.

While I agree that some people may wish to upload photos which maybe bigger then 1.5 MB, I think it’s rather inefficient way to share your photos. A page featuring couple of such images will take several seconds to load which is generally quite annoying.

MultiShack.com is an easy image hosting solution for everyone. Have you ever wanted to share a picture with a friend, or many friends, yet didn’t want to go through the trouble of creating an account at other image host providers, or resorting to something as inefficient as email? With this website, you can easily upload any image from your computer and share it with anyone in the world! The image is stored on the MultiShack server indefinitely.
After uploading an image, the website generates a link to your picture. Copy and paste this link anywhere you want, such as a chat client or message board. In fact, MultiShack.com automatically generates the necessary bbcode ([img] [/img]). All you have to do is copy and paste, and the image is instantly viewable.

For FREE photo storage, DotPhoto is the best. It is unlimited in size (pixels) and numbers of photo we can upload. And speaking of FREE photo storage and sharing, I opt WEBHSOTS. While Flick just allows 200 images, Photobucket just allows 1GB for free members, webshots, in my case as a free member, provides more than 5000 images and adds 100 every month. GBU all!

Update on AllYouCanUpload (October 18, 2009):
They are no longer accepting uploads. Their page redirects you to a related image hosting site called Webshots.

And TinyPic tells me that at the moment I can’t sign up with them. It has done so a few times now, so I imagine that maybe they don’t take new subscribers anymore (but I am unsure of this).

Just to keep you informed :-)

    Hey

It’s a pretty decent image host, its fast, simple, and you don’t need to register. They also allow hotlinks. Just upload your image, and grab your codes.

AllYouCanUpload no longer exists… It’s now redirecting to Webshots. Boo.

I just used ShareAPixel after seeing it in a comment and was pretty impressed, though… Did what I needed (no-resize, fast site & upload, png image, and hotlinking) with a minimum of fuss, so I’ll be adding it to my little Symbaloo “tools” page! :)

      Tim,
you can try http://images.gonzb.com highly recommended to host any size pictures. to avoid watermark you can register and make an album. Best thing about it is the original image can be downloaded and derivatives are protected from direct download. you can even manage permissions on user albums.

Arrrgh, I heard about ShareAPixel from here, and now this is their current front page:
“Due to abuse of this service, this website and all uploaded images will be temporarily unavailable until january 1, 2010″

Well, back to checking comments here for a good alternative…
