It’s hard to believe that summer is almost here! With a new month comes new games for PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold subscribers. Let’s take a look at the new games for this coming month.

PlayStation Plus

First up on PS4 is the island management simulation game Tropico 5, which is incredibly sarcastic — if you like your sim games tongue-in-cheek, you’re going to love this one. The other PS4 title is Table Top Racing: World Tour, which is unsurprisingly a racing game.

For PS3, you’ll be getting LocoRoco Cocoreccho, a strange game from 2007 that’s been described as an “interactive screensaver.” The other PS3 title is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, a sequel to a remake of the action-platformer NES game Bionic Commando.

Finally, Vita owners can pick up Switch Galaxy Ultra, a high-octane arcade space game, along with God of War: Ghost of Sparta, a portable entry in the hack-and-slash franchise that’s actually a PSP game.

Xbox Live

Remember, you get four games per month with Xbox: two for Xbox One and two for Xbox 360. The One is backwards-compatible, so you can play all four games on the newer console. The first game on each system is available on the first of the month, while the latter become available on May 16.

Xbox One is getting Defense Grid 2, a tower defense game, and Costume Quest 2, a sequel to an RPG that replaces the typical swordsmen and archers for kids on Halloween.

Xbox 360 owners can look forward to GRID 2, a dynamic racing game, and Peggle, EA’s classic puzzle game.
