I'm thinking of something, when I up some files which has larger capacity sometimes it shows up and ready instantly, how they do that? I wonder they are doing hash check. Anyone have idea about it?

I work as a translator and Project Manager, and me & my team have been using Dropbox for a couple of months now, with great results.

I have a shared folder in which I and the other PM work together; we share our materials, the original files, Gantt charts, translators info, payment, etc.
We also have a shared folder for all of our employees... that way, our e-mail is much less cluttered, we can share huge files without problems, the invoicing and payment processes are much faster...

Great, great, great, GREAT tool ;)
