If you have photos that are a little too dark, you can digitally enhance them using a number of programs. One of the best and free ways to do it is by using FotoFuze.
FotoFuze is a simple and free to use online application that enhances your dark pictures. I tried the service using a dark, bad-quality image which you can see above. After uploading the image, you have to highlight the portion you want to keep.
As you highlight, a preview of the final result is generated and displayed to the right. The right pane is also where you add titles, enhance contrast, reduce noise, and enable/disable automatic cropping.
Under the main image preview, you will notice a black preview with red areas. These red areas indicate any problematic areas. Simply include them in the highlighted area.
You can see the resulting image below. The result can be downloaded in three different sizes.
As you can see from the image above, the result was quite satisfactory considering the original quality of the photo. By using proper quality photographs along with the right enhancement settings, you can get FotoFuze to get results like ones displayed below.
Additionally, Fotofuze supports Etsy and lets you easily enhance images on your Etsy listings.
