I too saw the mention of Fling on Lifehacker, but have not had time to check it out.

Now that I see what you have written about it, I intend to give it a try.

		<description>I use Cobian Backup. It basically handles anything to anywhere so I have all of my data, including some folders from blog&#039;s FTP, flowing to Dropbox. :)</description>
