I use the Microsoft SyncToy, and have been for a while, to keep information for the 2 Newsletters I edit updated on an 8GB flash drive.

I too saw the mention of Fling on Lifehacker, but have not had time to check it out.

Now that I see what you have written about it, I intend to give it a try.

I use Cobian Backup. It basically handles anything to anywhere so I have all of my data, including some folders from blog’s FTP, flowing to Dropbox.
