Do you like the apps and tools offered in the Windows Accessory folder? Have you ever found that the folder missing from the Windows 10 Start Menu? We've heard some people complaining that this has happened to them, and we're here to show you how to bring it back!

First, open a run window by typing Windows + R. Now, enter the following into it:

%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

This will open the folder in which all of your Start Menu programs are contained. Scroll down the list and see if the Folder Windows Accessories is listed there. If it is, then you should also see it in the Start Menu. Make sure it's in the Programs folder and not placed under a subfolder, as that could cause issues with it displaying.

Run 2016-05-11 00.00.57

If it's not there, then of course it won't be in the Start Menu, which is why you're here in the first place. Sadly, the fix isn't super easy. You'll need to install a second Windows 10 partition (you can use the freely available builds in the preview program), and then copy the Windows 10 Accessories to the folder listed above.

Then, you can go back to your normal Windows 10 installation to get access to the Accessories like you always would.

Do you use any of the tools in the Windows Accessory Folder? Which is your favorite?
