For those really into lighting and equipment, there are a few more sources: strobist.com - tutorials about how to light with small flashes (strobes) blog.chasejarvis.com/blog/ - Chase is an excellent pro photog. He lists several helpful videos on how to manage your equipment and lighting. Mostly high end stuff zarias.com - also a pro photographer. Zack has a screenscast called Photography Critique. If you send him your portfolio, he will take a look and tell you where you've gone wrong or did right joemcnally.com/blog - one of the top guns of pro photography. You can't really learn that much other than receive the golden droplets of the McNally insight.
