I use either Capture Assistant which I got from Giveawayoftheday.com or SiteShoter which is freeware and will enable you to capture an entire web page even if some (or a lot) of it has to be scrolled to be read!

I too use Gadwin PrintScreen.

and it does have an option to capture the mouse.

I don’t think it is possible to set Jing to upload to Flickr instead of Screencast. Probably it can be done only with PRO account, anyone?

I currently use Jing which is great. I used to be able to upload my screen grabs directly to Flickr but now it goes to Screencast. Is there something in the settings that I need to change?
