I recently downloaded this program and don't see a way to contact the publisher, so maybe you know... when I create a note/task with a warning and it appears on the "Warnings" page (where the tasks and schedule merge), after I have completed the task and it is 100% complete for it's due date, the next day it doesn't go away. It's still there on the current day. Any way to get them to disappear without having to manually go in and delete each note/task or change the warning status?

Thanks Saikat for a nice review. I can only mention another time management tool AcePlanner

Hi Colin,
Did you download the current version because whatever you see in the screenshots is the default installation. While Deleting for example, it gives you an option if you want to delete just this occurrence or Delete all occurrences. You can edit an individual occurrence or all. Renaming a category is simple as any other renaming. The problem you mentioned never happens. Yes, I don't see a need for the password manager (yet!) but the screen capture utility could have uses like I used it to capture a GIF of particular exercise I wanted to do. Check the version. If you continue to have problems, give me a prod here. I can ask you to send me the screenshots at my mail ID, if it's not a bother.

Just trying this out now. First impressions?...

The help is less than impressive - for example, how did you get the week view of 7 days shown above? My version shows only 4 days plus the little "Today" button with month calendar below. As there is search facility for the help, I can't search for "view week", so I'm not going to solve that one readily.

It has a screen capture feature that I can't see the use of, ditto for the passwords tab.

Finally, removing an activity warns that "Deleting activity 'Memo' all its events will be removed. Do you want to go on?"
So, if I call a category "Training", add lots of entries, then decide it would be better labelled as "Internal Training" I can't easily change the name. Now that IS poor.

So I will try this later this week and decide to "Use or Lose". It looks great and seems like it would do what I want, but it's far from intuitive as far as I'm concerned.

I really didn't understand the logic of having a password manager in the first place. Perhaps someone can enlighten me. Yes, I agree with you that integration with an online option is the way to go but I guess it requires a lot of resources which many freeware developers cannot afford.

Yes...but unfortunately it doesn't tie into online calendars like GCal or password managers like LastPass. I'm thinking these standalone PIM apps are going to be dead in the water unless they acknowledge that a lot of us are already using other solutions.
