But in my own opinion it's also important for people to realize that we live in a different world. While I loved playing with my neighborhood friends every Saturday morning, I would have absolutely loved the opportunity to stay in touch with my friends who ended up moving away in grammar school through an online social network... It's a brave new world and it's bringing us closer together as a global community - and it's allowing kids to expand their mind in ways that we didn't have available to us as kids.
