Do you mean the program shortcuts you can see in the first screenshot? You right-click on a program icon, e.g. in the Start menu and select ‘Pin to Taskbar’ from the menu.

With regards to the Aero Flip, i prefer to do ‘Ctrl+Windows Key+Tab’, it has the same effect, except that it locks the Aero Flip in place, meaning that you don’t have to keep holding the ‘Windows Key’ afterwards.

Then, you can use ‘Tab’, ‘Shift+Tab’, ‘Arrow Keys’, ‘Enter Key’ and ‘Escape Key’ to navigate through the ‘Aero Flip’…
