My only complaint about this program is that it does such a good job, it downloads any picture that you are “tagged” in. Since many people on FB tag you even though you might not be in the picture, you end up getting a lot of misc extra pics. (On the other hand, I guess it is my FB friends faults for mis-tagging people).

You bring up a good question. I’m no lawyer, so unfortunately I can only point you in the direction of more information. Facebook’s Privacy settings can of course be used to stop people from accessing photos (including using this application).

This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
