Custom friends lists are viewable to anyone who is able to view your friends list, (you can change “See my friend’s list” settings under Basic Directory Settings under the Privacy Settings). That being the case, if you name your list “People you don’t want to chat too often,” as suggested on Pg 15, you are going to offend some people.
