On a resume, the author should not put THEIR objective on the resume. What they should put is something that recognizes the READER'S OBJECTIVE! What problems are you going to solve for the reader. Frankly, no one gives a hoot what the writer's objective is. Politely, that matters not. What value you will generate for the readers is what will determine if the resume stays in the running or goes to the trash can.
