Delicious has generally been a very good place for storing links from around the Internet but when it comes to organizing those links you really don’t have too many options. Sure, you can tag links but if you’re like me, that only works for a couple of days and after a while you just start putting everything in generic buckets and then one day you realize that this is exactly like the browser bookmarks you had earlier, the only difference being that you’re saving them online.
If you think it’s a good idea to clean up and organize your Delicious bookmarks everyone once in a while, Deletious can help you with that.
You can log into deletious using your existing Delicious credentials. Deletious displays a random link from your bookmarks collection and opens the webpage for you in a frame. If you’d like to revisit the page, you can open it in a separate tab or just delete the link if you think you won’t be needing it in the future or if the link is no longer available.
- Displays the actual webpage along with the link.
- Lets you either keep or delete a link without ever visiting Delicious.
- You can either opt for the default random link option or select a particular tag to clean up.
- Free to use.
- Doesn’t require you to create a new account. You can use your existing Delicious login credentials.
