If you want to fit in multiple pages, use the Scale % in the Page Setup dialog to adjust your page size per printed page. That should do it. Printwhatyou like is also good.I hope this solves your problem.

buzmeg, the <a href="http://www.printwhatyoulike.com" title="PrintWhatYouLike" rel="nofollow"> addresses your issue of fonts too. Just select the font from the frame on the left.

Sankat: Very informative post.

Please tell us what controls the print font and how it can be altered. Many times when there are multiple pages to print, I would like to have an option to print a smaller font to reduce the number of pages.

Can this be done? If so, how?

Hey Sankat, I keep modifying the header/footer but always grope around for the command codes to be used for the custom header/footer. Thanks for taking time to put this together. I really appreciate it.

And when we are discussing printing pages, I would like to suggest to include 'http://www.printwhatyoulike.com' (I am NOT associated with it) where we can print off just the content needed without the banners, ads, extra frames etc.
