		<description>I believe not ... my understanding is that it keeps a record of your tags and which files are tagged, but it&#039;s location based - so if you move the file, you lose the tags :-( Shame cos otherwise I like it. I am thinking of using IrfanView for this but not sure if it writes data to non image files.</description>

		<description>I started using picasa to label/tag my pictures but did so only because it writes they keywords into the metadata of the file, so that even if i should switch to another program in the future i will not lose all my precious tags.
Does this program do that as well?</description>
