I USED GOOGLE CHROME A LONG TIME AGO, AND IT CAME WITH A GREAT TOOLBAR. I WAS HAVING BIG PROBLEMS WITH HACKERS AT THE TIME AND BLAMED IT ON THE CHROME APP.  NOW I HAVE IT AGAIN, BUT I CANNOT FIND AN OFFER TO ACCEPT THE TOOLBAR. I ALSO NEED A TRANSLATION TOOLBAR LINK TO OPEN AND TRANSLATE PAGES I AM VIEWING. DO THESE THINGS EXIST ?
