Too bad that TinyTube doesn't work well behind proxy servers.
Damn those proxy and those Web Monitors that don't have enough brains to let streaming media through for kids only.
Even informative videos/clips are denied access to.

I guess that I will have to get those media offline before showing them to students.

you may try using VPN, that should work for streaming without any issues. We reviewed several VPN apps here at MUO, both free and paid ones.

I did set up VPN using various apps for streaming purposes but in the end much work was needed to bypass the proxy. Now imagine doing that for each machine having their own fixed IP.

And moreover the ISP here limits the bandwidth speed for schools and colleges because the Internet is provided by the Government Server. So limited website access, and lots of blocked contents.

Hopefully MUO is still accessible at work here.

So I get all my media and clips that I need for work, when I get home like I've been doing for the past years.

Great article anyway, and TinyTube will be a recommended site for my collegues' kids to use at home...

We are closely watching to ensure that our site has worked well and was safe for our visitors. Unfortunately, any anti-virus can sometimes give false reports of insecurity, such as when the heuristic analysis is on. Nevertheless, we offer you a look at the records, such as the popular Norton's web security and Google's safe browsing tools:
