    Regarding the health records I guess it all boils down to your personal preferences. I personally find it convenient to keep things like these online. In that case in particular though I would go with Google Health.

    As for Likify, not sure how it works. I don't think it will be perceived as commercial because the person needs to take an action before s/he gets redirected somewhere.

    MyMediStats - not quite sure how safe is this idea. Google Health is very similar project. I'm just not sure that my health condition info is that kind of data I would like to keep on the internet.

    Likify - interesting idea:) Does smartphones automaticly go to the facebook like page when they scan this QR code? If that's the case well it's something like unwanted popup commercial:)
