I prefer Color Scheme Designer (http://colorschemedesigner.com/) when doing design work. It not only gives you a color picker and a range of views (mono, compliment, triad, etc.) but also a lot of options, such as how they would be viewed by people with certain visual impairments, allowing you to choose a color space, and showing examples of the color scheme on dark and light web pages.
