Whoever thought domains would one day be leased out like real estate. But it figures — given the availability of lesser and lesser “desirable” domain names, Root Orange sounds like a great idea.
However, the terms of use need to be crystal clear specially concerning how domains are actually used by the temporary owner. As long as the implementation is done with the possible scenarios in mind, it makes for a very smart concept.
