Doesn’t IE already have multi tab browsing?

I dont think he means it for the IE browser. It’s for the the Explorer. The normal folders that you open on Windows like My Computer or C- Drive and so on :)

How does TabExplorer compare to Clover?

I haven’t checked the Clover in detail so can’t really comment on how it’s deifferent from Tab Explorer.
