(1) Budurl – New URL shortener that offers advanced tracking features like the ability to see where the link was clicked and how many times it was clicked in the past 24 hours or 7 days and real time statistics.

(2) CIRT Default Passwords – Large list of default passwords for all kinds of gadgets and electronic devices. Did you ever try changing settings on some gadget but couldn’t do it because it required some password. Next time look for the password on CIRT.net. (3) HazelMail – Here is a nice little web app to send postcards anywhere in the world, right from your PC. (4) [NO LONGER WORKS] Onionmap – Interactive 3D maps of popular tourist attractions around the world. Check must-see locations in Amsterdam, New York, Beijing, San Fransisco, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Las Vegas, London, Madrid and Paris.

(5) [NO LONGER WORKS] SeeMyWhere – This free little tool for your mobile phone lets you share your real-time location with others. Very easy to setup. Once installed you’ll have a private webpage that will automatically display your whereabouts.

(6) [NO LONGER WORKS] SemantiFind – Search suggestion toolbar for your web browser that makes it easier to find what you’re looking for when searching on Google. It gives you logical recommendations as you type the search query.

(8) Teenormous – Another t-shirt search site which scours through different t-shirt vendors like Busted Tees and Think Geek and shows you the available results. It has the options to search through keywords and browse t-shirts by color.

(9) Unnecessary Knowledge – It’s like a StumbleUpon for information and facts which may or may not be true, but certainly entertaining. You can thumb up or down a fact and it then moves to the next fun fact.

(10) UsernameCheck -Check the availability of your favorite username across 45 popular user-powered websites.     While HazelMail is a novel idea, especially for those of us who you Postcrossing.com, one downside to it is 8 lines is too long, and I still am not using the entire gray area. So back to handwritten postcards I go.
