Great list, love the seccond one great tool :D!
Hey Aibek,
#1 ATMLocator is very useful to me. Thanks a lot man!!! I didn’t expect it to work for India, but it worked :D
Glad to hear that. I am a frequent traveller and India is on my fav. places, now that you confirmed that it works there as well, it’s going to my permanent bookmarks.
Wow Meemix is pretty cool. I like that it gives you more flexibility than Pandora in terms of ranking (ie its a scale instead of simple thumbs up and thumbs down). It still has a way to go before getting me to switch.
One service that comes close to outdoing Pandora is Slacker. Very solid. It runs a little heavier than Pandora, but the quality of tracks I get from Slacker I think is higher than Pandora. Unfortunately, I miss Pandora’s one-line explanation of the kind of music I like.
Great post!
Pandora is pretty good, it’s been my fav till they closed it to non-US visitors. Same story with Slacker. Well, actually there is no story at all, I simply can’t try it. It’s only accessible from within US :-(
Sorry Aibek. Ouch. I just hope the alternatives can fill the gap.
No worries, there are plenty of alternatives, now I am hooked on Deezer. I really like its recommendation engine, always gets the right stuff.
