• GetHuman - must-bookmark database listing direct personnel access phone numbers to huge number of companies.
• iWantSandy - your personal assistant whom you can quickly shoot email OR send text message and ask him to: 1. remind you something later, 2. store details for you, 3. lookup something you asked it store, and lots more.
