  • CashBoard – online service to help you efficiently track your business projects: create projects and assign tasks to others, log time spent on tasks, auto-send invoices and payment reminders, etc.
  • EasyPost (Canada) – send regular paper letter mail to any mailbox in Canada for free.
  • Interclue – handy browser addons that lets you preview link contents by placing your mouse cursor over it. Opens a mid-sized pop-up window that holds page screenshot, short summary, and some other info about the page. For similar alternatives see Link Preview Tools.
  • Koolwire – in case you need free, no-hassle way to convert some document to PDF format, then this is for you. Simply send the document to ‘PDF@koolwire.com’ and shortly after receive it back in PDF format. For more comprehensive conversion solutions see All-In-One File Converters.
  • Musicmesh – one more service for free Music Videos. Musicmesh has a nice-looking visual guide helping easily discover related albums.
  • NowNow – “Send us an email with a question in the subject. … We will quickly email you up to 3 answers back.” (e.g. What is the top hit drama series on TV these days?, What is the best family activity to do in Seattle this weekend?, etc.).
  • Stockvault – hosts over 7000 royalty free, high resolution images.
  • Tweetr (Win, Mac) – desktop client for Twitter with lots of cool features. Must-see tool for all Twitter fans. [requires the Adobe Apollo Runtime]
