Here you go, bunch of free and useful PDF tools, i.e. (1) ‘… to PDF’ online converters, (2) lightweight PDF readers (for Mac, Win, Linux), (3) online PDF form filler, (4) PDF printers and (5) PDF annotation tool.
(1) PDFfiller - lets you upload and fill out any PDF form on-line. Just upload the doc (or point to its URL), wait for document to load and start filling it out. Once done, print it out. Supports IE and Firefox browsers. [Update: PDFfiller used to be a free service, but not anymore.]
(2) Online Converters (from .XYZ to .PDF)
(3) doPDF (Windows) - lets you print to PDF from any running program
(4) PDFCreator (Windows) - similar to doPDF but has some additional features i.e. merge multiple PDF files into one.
(5) Skim (Mac) - lets you read and annotate (add notes, highlights, encircle) PDF files.
(6) Fast, lightweight PDF viewers (memory friendly alternatives to Adobe Acrobat)
