Ever since so many Twitter AIR apps were introduced, I was waiting for similar solutions for Flickr too! The instant notifications and chat functions are my fave features! Or place it where I wanted without it snapping back to where it was. There was no way I could keep the bottom of the window from disappearing off the bottom of my monitor.
