Replies are pretty fast, I got mine within a few minutes and you can always resubmit if you want more replies or you don't think the replies are satisfying enough. My only issue is that it doesn't support Adium (a popular Mac im application), although using email and the website for asking questions work fine. So far the idea seems good and well executed. Just signed up and asked a question on Aardvark.
