The kings of mobile gaming are at it again, and this time they are bringing the world-famous Angry Birds to the worlds most beloved science fiction franchise. That’s right, Angry Birds Star Wars is available now. Best of all, Rovio is releasing the game on almost every platform you could imagine, so it’s almost a certainty that you will have a device that is capable of playing the new game.

Angry Birds Star Wars borrows some of the physics from Angry Birds Space but with a major Star Wars twist. The Birds come dressed in Star Wars attire. The evil Imperial pigs must be stopped, and those cute little birds are just the heroes to do it. Of course, the game culminates in an epic battle against Darth Vadar, Dark Lord of the Pigs.

The game features more than 80 levels that span epic locations such as Tatooine and the Pig Star. Locations that should feel familiar even if modified a little to mesh with the Angry Birds universe. It also adds new gameplay mechanics and the ability to level up your birds. As is always the case with Angry Birds, Rovio promises plenty of free updates to keep you coming back.
