Out of 427 votes in total, 2% use a third-party firewall but don’t think it’s actually necessary, 10% don’t use a firewall but think they probably should, 40% don’t use a third-party firewall, and 48% of the voters use a third-party firewall on their computer.

You may have forgotten, but Vine was here before Instagram video, bringing its 6-second video madness to the public when Instagram was just about photos. Vine made a lot of noise in its first few months, but lately things have quieted down. According to Twitter, Vine has nearly 50 million users, but how many of these are actually active? Was Vine just a short-term gimmick, or are you still using it actively without all the noise? Or did you never even feel compelled to try it? Let’s see where MakeUseOf’s readers stand.

    It still crashes on my android.

    I think its because I have cyanogenmod and they haven't tested it against custom firmware.

    SO yeah, i'd love to use it, but I can't.

    I tried it when it first came out and wasn't impressed. I just started up again yesterday, because of all the funny videos going around on it, like Bat Dad. I don't see myself posting too often, but I'm giving it another fair shot. At the very least, I'll be subscribing to particularly funny users.

    I don't know why, the vine cam is quite dark in both my phone and tablet . If not for that bug and the overall bad performance for the android app, I would been using it much more!
