So I just send an image to Flickr from my blackberry, tag it with the usual tags plus 'twitter' and it gets published to twitter. Saves me using another service given I pay for a Pro account on Flickr. I make use of twittergram http://flickr.twittergram.com/ which checks your Flickr uploads for the tag ‘twitter’ and posts a link to twitter for you. I signed up to a similar service named Twitxr, but I haven't really used it much since I find Twitpic easier to use I guess. But in twitxr you can add your friends.
