GPS is meant for locations you don’t know, and it can come in very handy. And even in a town or city you know, there may be places you don’t know that you’d like to try.

Texting is cheaper than phone calls. If it’s important I speak to them face to face, which is probably arranged via text because it gives you more time to think before working out when you’re both free. If it’s not important then IM or text is fine for my purpose.

Phones are becoming TVs and Games Consoles because it’s simply following the minimisation of technology. Once e-paper screens reach their full potential a powerful device that you carry around will be great for many aspects of entertainment and communication.

I’m not an iPhone user, by the way, but I have recently gotten a ‘droid. I admit that I like the power of it simply for some extra geek points, but honestly I couldn’t care less whether people think I’m “cool” or not.

You need a phone to keep from getting lost? In the town that you live in? Or for it to tell you where the restaurant you go to is? And an app that finds your phone for you when you misplace it? Are you really that inept? I mean really?

You have a telephone, why would you TEXT someone? If it’s really that important. It’s a freaking phone! Call them. That’s what phones are for. CALL THEM! Or are you afraid that you are not important enough for them to answer when they find out it’s YOU calling?

Are you so mentally challenged that you need to have something to keep you entertained? Because you can’t do it for yourself? Really? It’s a phone. Not a TV. It’s a phone. Not a game console.

Is your life so sad, that you need a “cool” telephone? You need it to show how cool you are, so people will talk to you? Are you really that pathetic? Do you really need an iPhone to have a life?

If so then this is a sad, sad commentary on the state of peoples lives. Apple. Really? I mean REALLY?
