Get off your butt and get active enough to break sweat and get out of breath for half an hour every day, you&#039;ve got excercise licked.</description>

1.Exercise  ( I peddle at my desk on a recumbent bike)

2. Eat healthfully

3. Use support tools- there are so many online as outlined in your post.

4. Find a support community- This is extremely important for some people more than others!

5. Don&#039;t give up!
