The PicResize is also very useful as you don&#039;t have to start a full application on your PC just for resizing a picture.

		<description>I can&#039;t believe someone of your expertize failed to mention &quot;Picasa&quot; which is now in it&#039;s third edition.  It&#039;s put out by Google...who else?  Extremely easy to use and there are many forums for those who want to talk about it.  I&#039;ve been using Picasa since it first came out and have never ever been disappointed.  I was tempted to buy Photoshop some time ago but reason prevailed and I stayed with Picasa...because it&#039;s FREE.</description>
