I use Gmail for small email list. The largest is 225 addresses. Nearly every time I got to send a documents, it get rejected because their is an email format error “Larry Myott” . Most of the time I work a long time to find the error and sometimes can’t find it at all. I have found that if I go to an older version it will sometimes then work. How do I find the error in the addresses?

Digsby is another good one.

BTW, you could also use the webmail and send encrypted mails with a text encryption utility.

Looks great! Some easy to use stuff. But did you find any adobe air applications yet? It would be sweet if there was some sort of email notifier for adobe air. Just a thought.

Nice list, they are really easy to use. It is better if filter is included in these apps.
