I never saw any real value in Skype…until I tried it. Now, it is a crucial part of the way I do business and communicate. I like how it does not overload itself with features like so many of the alternatives. A great program and, as mentioned, it’s free!

NewsRack (formerly Newsstand) is my favorite RSS/news reader. Facebook is probably my most used. Cardstar helps slim my wallet by storing all my affinity cards. Dropbox for access to my online storage. Cooliris for its nifty UI. MLB.com’s At Bat to catch Yankee games.
