Shell-fu and command-line-fu are indeed quite similar, though I find Shell-fu to be better as it's more in-depth, while command-line-fu is more a firehose for short commands with quite a lot of duplicates. This site really helped me get familiar with the CLI and a good portion of the commands you would use on a daily basis.
