I got mine (heavily tweaked since) from http://www.blogohblog.com/

Site has both premium and free themes and I really like clean and sharp style it sticks to.

My favorite site for WordPress themes was ThemePorter (http://www.themeporter.com/). The site hasn’t been updated for a long time now but still has plenty of cool themes in archives
