Artificial Sun Project – Intensity

Genre: ambient, electronic, industrial, glitch, trip hop

From the Bandcamp album intro: “This album was done with a concept (…) I wrote seven songs over the course of one week (November 20th-November 26th), one per day only. The album has been released as such, with the songs in the order that i made them. I wanted to do this to see what it would bring, how creative i could be and for a bit of fun in the process. Overall the title really summed up what it was like to make, intense to say the least. Don’t think I’ll ever do it again, or have the energy to do it again, but I enjoyed it, and I hope you do too. :)”

The beats are all tapped out by hand on a beat machine – live, not programmed. A Korg Mono/Poly and a Moog Little Phatty make up the analog synthesizer arsenal to ensure a vintage electronic sound. The lyrics are lightning-quick with a tongue-in-cheek sensibility.
