Hi, i’m currently in china and i’m having problems about some of my favorites web sites. Facebook, youtube and twitter are blocked and whenever i try to reuse a vpn, it seems to be blocked and i can’t open the sites again. I dont have a laptop nor a computer. I’m only using an ipad. So i cannot use the cheats offered. Whats should i do?

as a uk user I learned with interest that some ISPs with download limits don’t meter your usage between midnight and 7 am – found this out on moneysavingexpert of all places ! so the scheduling tab of the settings can be very useful for keeping your bill down too
yep, the ISPs usually monitor bandwidth usage during the times of the day when the usage is at its highest. When I was leaving in the UK I would usually do the downloading outside those hours
